The invention discloses an anti-floating device for a fluidized soil backfilling pipeline. The anti-floating device comprises a connecting assembly, reinforcing steel bar mounting assemblies and anti-floating assemblies; the connecting assembly comprises a central covering layer, connecting layers arranged at the two ends of the central covering layer, and connecting teeth arranged on the lower end surfaces of the connecting layers; each reinforcing steel bar mounting assembly comprises multiple reinforcing steel bars which are in threaded connection end to end in sequence, a spiral drill bit arranged on the reinforcing steel bar at the lowest end and a nut detachably connected to the reinforcing steel bar at the uppermost end; and the anti-floating assemblies are arranged between the connecting layers and the steel bar mounting assemblies.
