The invention provides a method for calculating a maximum plot ratio. The method comprises the following steps of: determining at least one plot ratio influence factor which influences the size of the plot ratio; constructing a plot ratio function group according to the plot ratio influence factors; according to constraint conditions, functions in the plot ratio function group are subjected to simultaneous operation to obtain a plot ratio calculation function; a target plot ratio is used as a dependent variable, and the plot ratio calculation function is simplified to obtain a target plot ratio calculation function; and calculating the extreme value of the target plot ratio by using the target plot ratio calculation function to obtain the maximum plot ratio. Through the method provided by the invention, the maximum plot ratio can be quickly calculated, the working efficiency is improved, and data support is provided for the setting work of the plot ratio in a control and adjustment scheme.
