The invention relates to a self-sucking and self-discharging screening sand dredger which comprises a motor (13) and a screening device (7). The screening device (7) comprises a first-stage sand diameter recovery cavity (21), a second-stage sand diameter recovery cavity (26), a third-stage sand diameter recovery cavity (31), a fourth-stage sand diameter recovery cavity (22) and a fifth-stage sand diameter recovery cavity (24); and the screening device (7) is driven by the motor (13) to rotate and centrifugally move around a sand inlet pipeline (38) through three groups of bearings (23). According to the self-suction and self-discharging screening sand dredger, a five-stage screening structure is adopted, sand grains with different sand diameter grades are screened out, coarse sand and fine sand can be effectively utilized, and therefore sand resource waste caused by the fact that the coarse sand and the fine sand are not separated can be reduced.
