Electrochromic skylight of sweeper and preparation method of electrochromic skylight
The invention discloses an electrochromic skylight of a sweeper. The electrochromic skylight comprises a bottom functional glass layer, an ion transmission layer and a top functional glass layer which are sequentially stacked from bottom to top. Correspondingly, the invention also discloses a preparation method of the electrochromic skylight of the sweeper, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the bottom functional glass layer, preparing the top functional glass layer, preparing an ion transport layer, aligning and laminating, and gluing a frame. The electrochromic skylight has the advantages that the electrochromic skylight of the sweeper can efficiently control the light transmission of the glass, in hot summer and cold winter, a driver can inhibit radiation of near infrared rays and enable the near infrared rays to be transmitted to the maximum extent, and the comfort level of the driver is improved; meanwhile, the magnetron sputtering technology is adopted, the production process is safe and environmentally friendly, the preparation method is simple, the input cost is low, the finished product quality controllability is high, the color changing uniformity is good, and large-area industrial production can be achieved.
