Melamine foam reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel composite material and application thereof
The invention provides a melamine foam reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel composite material and application thereof. The melamine foam reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel composite material is prepared from, by weight, 90%-95% of SiO2 aerogel and 5%-10% of melamine foamate. The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: methyltrimethoxysilane, sodium citrate, absolute ethyl alcohol and deionized water are taken, a hydrochloric acid alcoholic solution is added, the pH value is adjusted, stirring is conducted, and the melamine foam reinforced silicon dioxide aerogel composite material is obtained; and carrying out hydrolysis reaction to obtain a silica sol system; adding mannitol into a silica sol system, uniformly stirring, adding an ammonia water alcohol solution to adjust the pH value, stirring to fully mix the solution, pouring into a mold filled with melamine foam, immersing the melamine foam, standing and aging to obtain SiO2 gel-foam composite foam; and carrying out solvent replacement and supercritical drying to obtain the product. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the melamine foam fibers are directly infiltrated by the silica sol, and the silica sol and the melamine foam fibers are subjected to gel aging, modification and drying together to obtain the aerogel composite material, and the aerogel composite material has relatively low heat conductivity coefficient, relatively high mechanical stability and relatively good consistency of product quality.
本发明提供了一种密胺泡沫增强二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料及其应用,是由重量百分比为90%‑95%的SiO2气凝胶和5%‑10%的密胺泡沫制成,制备方法具体包括下述步骤:取甲基三甲氧基硅烷、柠檬酸钠、无水乙醇和去离子水,加入盐酸醇溶液,调pH值,进行水解反应得硅溶胶体系;将甘露醇加入硅溶胶体系中,搅拌均匀,再加入氨水醇溶液调pH值,搅拌使溶液充分混合,倒入放有密胺泡沫的模具中,浸没密胺泡沫,静置老化得到SiO2凝胶‑泡沫复合泡沫;溶剂置换,超临界干燥,即得。本发明将硅溶胶直接浸润密胺泡沫纤维,共同经历凝胶老化、改性、干燥,得以气凝胶复合材料,具有较低的导热系数和较高的机械稳定性,并且产品质量的一致性较好。
