The invention discloses a method for firing underglaze color. The method comprises the following steps: (1) determining the chemical composition of colored glaze: 58.29% of silicon dioxide, 12.28% of aluminum oxide, 0.1% of iron oxide, 0.03% of titanium oxide, 5.0% of calcium oxide, 1.70% of magnesium oxide, 0.25% of potassium oxide, 4.85% of sodium oxide, 4.7% of barium oxide, 4.9% of zinc oxide and the balance of unavoidable impurities; (2) preparing a colored glaze; and (3) fettling and drying the green body, dipping various colored glazes by using a writing brush, drawing a required pattern on the green body, drying, applying a thin-layer glaze by using a glaze dipping method, drying, and firing with oxidizing flame. The ceramic product prepared by the method has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good thermal stability, good blank-glaze bonding property, stable glaze surface, small water absorption, easy quality control and the like.
本发明公开了一种釉下彩的烧制方法,包括如下步骤:(1)确定彩釉的化学组成:二氧化硅58.29%,氧化铝12.28%,氧化铁0.1%,氧化钛0.03%,氧化钙5.0%,氧化镁1.70%,氧化钾0.25%,氧化钠4.85%,氧化钡4.7%,氧化锌4.9%,余量为不可避免的杂质;(2)调制成彩色釉料;(3)生坯修坯,干燥,用毛笔蘸取各种彩色釉料,在生坯上绘出所需图案,干燥后再采用浸釉法施一薄层面釉,干燥后氧化焰烧成。本发明制备得到的陶瓷产品具有机械强度高、热稳定性好、坯釉结合性好、釉面稳定、吸水率小、质量易控制等优点。
