The invention discloses a fireproof and flame-retardant coiled material. The fireproof and flame-retardant coiled material is composed of a flame-retardant surface layer and a chopped fiber layer, the flame-retardant surface layer and the chopped fiber layer are bonded and cured through a flame-retardant coating, and the flame-retardant coating comprises chlorinated paraffin modified polyamide. A preparation method of the polyamide comprises the following steps of: reacting chlorinated paraffin with p-hydroxybenzoic acid to prepare carboxyl-containing chlorinated paraffin, acylating the carboxyl-containing chlorinated paraffin, carrying out esterification reaction on the acylated carboxyl-containing chlorinated paraffin and 2, 5-dihydroxyterephthalic acid to obtain modified chlorinated paraffin binary acid, acylating the modified chlorinated paraffin binary acid, reacting the acylated modified chlorinated paraffin binary acid with 1, 3-propane diamine to obtain chlorinated paraffin modified diamine, reacting the chlorinated paraffin modified diamine with 4, 4'-diacyl chloride biphenyl sulfone to obtain the chlorinated paraffin modified polyamide. The preparation method has the advantages that the operation is simple, the raw material source is wide, the reaction condition is mild, the industrial production is met, and the prepared flame-retardant coiled material has good mechanical property, flame retardance and heat resistance and has a wide application prospect.
