The invention discloses a garden water guide seepage road structure and a construction method thereof. The garden water guide seepage road structure comprises an original soil base layer and a gravel foundation layer arranged on the upper surface of the original soil base layer; a fine sand landfill layer which is arranged on the upper surface of the gravel foundation layer and permeates into gaps in the gravel foundation layer; a rainwater collection module group which is mounted above the fine sand landfill layer, and the gap between the rainwater collection module group and the surrounding soil layer is filled with sandy soil; a river sand solidification layer which is arranged above the rainwater collection module group; a gravel filtering cushion layer which is arranged on the upper surface of the river sand solidification layer; and a metal net rack which is mounted on the upper surface of the gravel filtering cushion layer. Rainwater recycling is achieved, internal impurities are removed through the long-acting filtering layer, and the rainwater is directly used for garden irrigation, so that the problems that according to an existing permeable road, rainwater only permeates into a foundation, recycling measures are not taken, and resources are wasted to a certain degree are effectively solved.
