The invention discloses an intersection anti-rut pavement deformation judgment and construction method based on a ground penetrating radar, which is characterized by comprising the following specific construction steps: 1, preparing a design scheme; 2, pretreating a surface layer and a base layer; 3, calculating surface layer and base layer repairing materials according to different deformation grades; and 4, performing repairing construction according to different deformation grades. A traditional semi-rigid base layer is replaced with the asphalt large-particle-size gravel sealing layer, the method has the advantages of being convenient and rapid to maintain, corresponding construction schemes are given according to different transformation schemes, and the problems that in traditional intersection transformation, partial damage exists, overall removal is needed, the workload is large, and the repairing effect is poor are solved; meanwhile, the pavement thickness is calculated through a reflection coefficient method, and the problems that a drill core sampling method seriously damages the pavement and cannot measure the whole damage range are solved.
本发明公开了一种基于探地雷达的路口抗车辙路面变形判断和施工方法,一种基于探地雷达的路口抗车辙路面变形判断和施工方法,其特征在于,具体施工步骤如下:步骤一、准备设计方案;步骤二、进行面层和基层预处理;步骤三、针对不同变形等级进行面层和基层修复料的计算;步骤四、针对不同变形等级进行修复施工。本发明以沥青大粒径碎石封层替代传统半刚性基层,具有维修方便、快速的优点,针对不同的改造方案,给出相应的施工方案,克服了传统的交叉口改造,部分损坏,需要整体清除,工作量大且修复效果差的问题;同时,反射系数法计算路面厚度,克服了钻心取样法对路面损坏严重且无法对整个破坏范围测量的问题。
