Process for reinforcing pier body of single-column pier of bridge
The invention discloses a process for reinforcing a pier body of a single-column pier of a bridge. The process comprises the following steps: S1, planting steel bars; S2, reinforcing steel bar connection; S3, installing column foot and pier body steel pipe; S4, erecting a support, and pouring concrete; S5, performing installation, specifically, transversely installing a steel cover beam on the pier body steel pipe, and then installing at least one support on each of the two transverse sides of the top face of the steel cover beam so as to support a ramp box beam above the steel cover beam; and S6, detaching the support. The pier body is wrapped by the pier body steel pipe, and the micro-expansion concrete is poured between the steel pipe and the pier body, so that the supporting force of the original pier body is increased, and the original single-fulcrum support of the pier body is changed into multi-fulcrum support; a steel cover beam is transversely arranged at the top of the steel pipe, and a support is additionally arranged on each of the two transverse sides of a single-column pier support in the middle of a bridge span, so that the middle pier and fulcrums at the two ends of the box girder share the torque of the bridge span together, and the effect of effectively improving the torque distribution of the ramp bridge by improving the torsional rigidity of the structure is achieved.
