The construction technology comprises the steps that A1, the effective foundation soil reinforcement depth and the foundation soil reinforcement effect are provided; A2, performance parameters of hydraulic dynamic compaction equipment and auxiliary equipment are determined; A3, on-site trial tamping is carried out, whether equipment is suitable for the working condition or not is judged, and tamping parameters are determined; A4, the construction hammer collecting standard of the high-speed hydraulic rammer compactor is determined; A5, the site is leveled, and the initial elevation of the site terrain is measured; and A6, the tamping work is completed. According to the construction technology, the effective reinforcement depth reference standard of the high-speed hydraulic compaction process is given for the first time; the hammer collecting standard of the high-speed hydraulic rammer compactor is given for the first time; and for deep soil body reinforcement, a layered reinforcement mode with different over-the-ground unit area tamping energy M is adopted, and by means of the method, the operability and applicability of large-area foundation reinforcement conducted by the high-speed rammer compactor are enhanced.
