The intelligent anchor cable comprises an anchor cable body, wherein an anchor cable stranded wire is arranged in the anchor cable body and comprises an intelligent epoxy stranded wire capable of monitoring the tension value of the intelligent epoxy stranded wire, the intelligent epoxy stranded wire consists of a monitoring tension sensing element, an epoxy stranded wire and an epoxy coating, the monitoring tension sensing element can be an optical fiber and/or a fiber bragg grating, the epoxy stranded wire comprises a central wire and side wires, the monitoring tension sensing element is coupled with the central wire of the epoxy stranded wire and is arranged in the length direction of the central wire, a lead is arranged at the end, located on the anchor cable body, of the monitoring tension sensing element, and one end of the lead extends to the outside of the anchor cable body. The optical fiber is arranged along the axis of the central wire and is coupled with the central wire into a whole, the central wire is made of a carbon fiber material, and the survival rate of the optical fiber is greatly improved under the protection of the side wires and epoxy.
