A vibration hammer or a chain of other working machines penetrates through a hole in the steel sheet pile to hoist the steel sheet pile, after the steel sheet pile is clamped by a clamp, piling or pile pulling can be directly carried out, the end of the chain is designed to be a hook, operation is convenient, and pile sinking and pile pulling construction of various piling mechanical steel sheet piles can still be independently achieved without cooperation of a crane and many workers. Only one worker is needed for cooperation on a construction site, the labor intensity of the worker is reduced, the construction steps are simplified, the labor time is saved, and therefore the construction work efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile the construction cost is reduced.
