The machine tool comprises a hooking pulling piece, a cutting tool used for cutting the anchor rod (anchor cable) is arranged on the top end face of the hooking pulling piece, an insertion opening is formed in the bottom of the inner wall of the hooking pulling piece, the cutting tool is in insertion fit with the insertion opening and is in clearance fit with the insertion opening, and a hydraulic cylinder used for driving the cutting tool to perform cutting in a reciprocating mode up and down is arranged on the top end face of the hooking pulling piece. According to the machine tool, the situation that due to the fact that the anchor rod (anchor cable) is large in diameter and stable in material, when the anchor rod (anchor cable) is twisted off directly through a rotary drilling rig, a foundation pit collapses can be avoided; the problems that at present, when the anchor rod (anchor cable) is twisted off directly through the rotary drilling rig, time is consumed, more energy is consumed, and the safety is poor are solved; and the hooking pulling piece and the cutting tool can be repeatedly used, and compared with a rotary drilling rig which forcibly twists off the anchor rod (anchor cable), the hooking pulling piece and the cutting tool are less in abrasion and high in utilization rate.
