The invention relates to a positioning device for detecting the integrity of a pile foundation through a low strain method. The positioning device comprises a connecting ring and a connecting rod located at the center of the connecting ring, a plurality of positioning rods are arranged on the connecting rod in the circumferential direction of the connecting rod, each positioning rod is arranged in the radius direction of the connecting ring, scales are arranged on the positioning rods, the positioning rods are sleeved with and slidably connected with an installation ring, the installation ring is provided with a fixing piece used for fixing the installation ring to any positions of the positioning rods, and the installation ring is provided with a connecting piece used for detachably connecting a measuring sensor to the installation ring. The positioning device has the advantage that the measuring sensor can be conveniently positioned.
