Through arrangement of a detection device, an electromagnet, a movable plate and the filter bag, when a metal filter screen is blocked, the electromagnet is powered on to enable the movable plate to move downwards, meanwhile, the movable plate extrudes trapezoidal blocks on the two sides, dirty water inside the filter bag flows into the pipe body along an overflow opening, when the water surface inside the pipe body becomes low, the electromagnet is powered off, the movable plate quickly ascends under the rebound action of a first spring to backflush the metal filter screen and flush off impurities attached to the upper surface of the metal filter screen, and meanwhile, the filter bag expands under the action of own characteristics, so that the dirty water containing a large amount of impurities on the metal filter screen quickly flows into the filter bag from a through hole to be collected, therefore, the metal filter screen is prevented from being blocked, and only the filter bag needs to be regularly taken out for cleaning.
