The invention relates to a corner connecting piece of a dry hanging stone curtain wall. The corner connecting piece comprises a bending plate and a limiting groove and is suitable for the dry hanging stone curtain wall with the trapezoidal corner. In the forming machining process of the corner connecting piece of the dry hanging stone curtain wall, special grooving equipment needs to be used and comprises a bottom plate, a workbench, a positioning device and a grooving device. A method for forming and machining the corner connecting piece of the dry hanging stone curtain wall through the grooving equipment comprises the following steps of steel plate cutting, section grinding, bending forming, grooving treatment and repeated operation. After the connecting piece is limited through the positioning device, movement of the connecting piece in the horizontal direction and movement of the connecting piece in the vertical direction are both limited, then grooving treatment is conducted on multiple positions of multiple corner connecting pieces at the same time through the grooving device, and the work efficiency is greatly improved; and when the connecting piece is fixed through the positioning device, complex mounting and demounting actions are not needed, and the operation time is saved.
本发明涉及一种干挂石材幕墙转角连接件，包括折弯板与限位槽，适用于转角处为梯形的干挂石材幕墙，在上述干挂石材幕墙转角连接件的成型加工过程中，需要使用专用的开槽设备，该开槽设备包括底板、工作台、定位装置与开槽装置，使用上述开槽设备对上述干挂石材幕墙转角连接件进行成型加工的方法包括以下步骤：钢板切割、切面打磨、折弯成型、开槽处理与重复操作。本发明在通过定位装置对连接件进行限位后，连接件的水平方向的移动与竖直方向的移动均受到限制，之后通过开槽装置同时对多个转角连接件的多个位置进行开槽处理，工作效率大大提高，且使用定位装置对连接件进行固定时，无需进行复杂的装卸动作，节省了操作时间。
