The high-anti-knock high-strength foamed aluminum-concrete filled steel tube composite column comprises concrete, a steel tube, foamed aluminum, an epoxy resin adhesive and a stainless steel outer protection layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, a plurality of supporting nails are arranged on the outer wall of the steel pipe, the steel pipe and the foamed aluminum are fixedly connected through the supporting nails, and the foamed aluminum and the stainless steel outer protection layer are bonded through the epoxy resin adhesive. The high-anti-knock high-strength foamed aluminum-concrete filled steel tube composite column and a concrete filled steel tubular column provided by the invention are both tested under the explosive impact load equivalent to 25kg of TNT explosive, the midspan displacement of the concrete filled steel tubular column is 62.5 mm, the midspan displacement of the high-anti-knock high-strength foamed aluminum-concrete filled steel tube composite column is only 22.7-38.75 mm, concrete cracks are few, and it can be seen that the high-anti-knock high-strength foamed aluminum-concrete filled steel tube composite column is high in strength and strong in anti-knock capacity.
本发明提供了一种高抗爆高强泡沫铝‑钢管混凝土复合柱及其制备方法,属于结构防护工程领域,包括由内至外依次设置的混凝土、钢管、泡沫铝、环氧树脂胶粘剂和不锈钢外保护层;所述钢管的外壁设置有多个支承钉;所述钢管和泡沫铝之间通过支承钉固定连接;所述泡沫铝和不锈钢外保护层通过环氧树脂胶粘剂粘结。本发明提供的高抗爆高强泡沫铝‑钢管混凝土复合柱与钢管混凝土柱均在25kgTNT炸药当量的爆炸冲击荷载下进行测试,钢管混凝土柱跨中位移为62.5mm,而高抗爆高强泡沫铝‑钢管混凝土复合柱的跨中位移仅为22.7~38.75mm,混凝土裂纹较少,可见本发明的高抗爆高强泡沫铝‑钢管混凝土复合柱强度高且抗爆能力强。
