The invention discloses a disc buckle socket type formwork supporting construction structure. The structure comprises first vertical rods; first transverse rods are arranged on the outer sides of the first vertical rods; disc buckle mechanisms are installed between the first transverse rods and the first vertical rods; and the outer portions of the first vertical rods are connected with fixing mechanisms. According to the invention, under the action of the disc buckle mechanisms, the first transverse rods and the first vertical rods are connected in a disc buckle socket mode in formwork supporting; connecting pieces are fixed to the first vertical rods; two alignment blocks are fixedly welded to the two ends of each first transverse rod; when installation needs to be conducted, the alignment blocks need to be placed in alignment grooves in the connecting pieces; and after the alignment blocks are placed, threaded grooves in the alignment blocks are aligned with threaded grooves formed in the connecting pieces, and first bolts are screwed and tightened by being aligned with groove openings, so that the positions between the alignment blocks and the connecting pieces are firm and prevented from being loosened, and the connection stability between the first transverse rods and the first vertical rods is ensured.
