The invention discloses a safety protection device for a high-rise outer wall of an intelligent building. The safety protection device comprises fixing plates, a baffle, a bottom plate and a wall body, wherein the fixing plates are installed at the two ends of one side of the wall body, bolts penetrate through the two ends of the interiors of the fixing plates, dismounting grooves are formed in the bottom ends of the interiors of supporting rods, inserting bolts penetrate through the interiors of the dismounting grooves, second springs are wound on the outer surfaces of the inserting bolts, and the inserting bolts are inserted into inserting grooves. According to the safety protection device, hanging rings are arranged on the two sides of the upper portion of the bottom plate, then hooks with protective nets are hung on the hanging rings, so that the effect of protecting articles is achieved; and if the dead weight of the articles is too large to cause the protective nets to be broken, the articles can break through the protective nets and fall onto a protective plate to generate impact force, at the moment, the protective plate can be compressed downwards on the surface of a second rotating rod according to the action of the elastic force of a first spring below the protective plate, so that the effect of second-layer protection is achieved, and the effect of protecting valuables is achieved.
