The invention discloses a three-dimensional parking system with a parking platform capable of self-rotating. The system comprises an upper-layer parking platform lifting mechanism, a self-rotating mechanism for lifting an upper-layer parking platform and a potential energy recovery system. The upper-layer parking platform lifting mechanism and the self-rotating mechanism for lifting the upper-layer parking platform are organically combined, so that the system can realize the landing of upper-layer vehicles without transversely moving bottom-layer vehicles, and can transversely rotate without electric drive and reset the upper-layer parking platform. The potential energy recovery system realizes the benign combination of potential energy recovery and landing shock absorption during the landing of the vehicles.
