10kV reinforced 5G shared tower
The invention discloses a 10kV reinforced 5G shared tower. The 10kV reinforced 5G shared tower comprises a tower main body and a lightning rod, wherein the top end of the tower main body is connected with the lightning rod; the tower main body consists of an upper rod section, a middle rod section and a lower rod section which are equal in length; gold wheel holding rods are arranged at the periphery of the upper rod section; a platform is arranged at the lower end of the upper rod section; a first cross arm and a second cross arm are sequentially arranged at the lower end of the middle rod section from top to bottom; a third cross arm is arranged at the upper end of the lower rod section; the bottom of the lower rod section is connected with the tower bottom; and the first cross arm, the second cross arm and the third cross arm are symmetrically arranged by taking the tower main body as a symmetric axis. The 10kV reinforced 5G shared tower adopts a bending forming process, adopts closed welding after bending forming, and then connects the three rod sections through flange connection, so that the requirements of a 10kV steel pipe rod and a 5G communication tower are effectively met; and the 10kV steel pipe rod and the 5G communication tower are perfectly integrated by the shared tower, so that the construction cost, the labor cost, the site cost, the cost and the like of the steel pipe rod and the communication tower are greatly reduced, and the structure is simple.
本发明公开了一种10千伏加强型5G共享杆塔,包括杆塔主体以及避雷针,杆塔主体的顶端与避雷针相连,杆塔主体由长度相等的上杆段、中间杆段、下杆段组成,上杆段的四周设有金轮抱杆,上杆段的下端设有平台,中间杆段的下端从上至下依次设有第一横担、第二横担,下杆段的上端设有第三横担,下杆段的底部与塔底相连,第一横担、第二横担、第三横担以杆塔主体为对称轴对称排列,本装置采用折弯成形工艺,折弯成型后采用合口焊接,后通过接法兰连接将三段杆段连接,有效的适应10千伏钢管杆和5G通信塔的需求,共享型杆塔把10千伏钢管杆和5G通信塔完美整合,大大降低钢管杆和通信塔施工、人工、场地、成本等费用,结构简单。
