By means of the sound blocking arc plate and the cavity, when the sound absorption fence for civil construction is used, the upper side of the fence effectively blocks noise through the sound blocking arc plate, the noise is prevented from being transmitted to the periphery of a construction site from the upper side of the fence, and the sound absorption and noise reduction effects are improved.
