Sound insulation glass for high-speed locomotive
The invention relates to the field of glass for railway locomotives, and particularly relates to glass for a high-speed locomotive with the speed of at least 200km/h, and particularly provides sound insulation glass for the high-speed locomotive. The sound insulation glass comprises outer laminated glass, inner vacuum glass and a first hollow layer located between the outer laminated glass and the inner vacuum glass, and the first hollow layer is filled with dry gas; the inner vacuum glass comprises a third glass plate, a fourth glass plate and a vacuum layer located between the third glass plate and the fourth glass plate, and a plurality of supporting columns are arranged in the vacuum layer; and the thickness of the vacuum layer ranges from 0.1mm to 0.8mm, and the vacuum degree of the vacuum layer is smaller than or equal to 0.1Pa. The safety of the sound insulation glass for the high-speed locomotive during high-speed running of the locomotive can be guaranteed, spreading of high-speed running noise can be effectively blocked, and the sound insulation glass has excellent low-frequency sound insulation performance and medium-high frequency sound insulation performance; and meanwhile, the requirements for light weight, safety, sound insulation and the like are met, and the sound insulation glass can be widely used as side window glass of the high-speed locomotive.
本发明涉及铁路机车用玻璃领域,特别是速度至少为200km/h的高速机车用玻璃,具体地提供一种高速机车用隔音玻璃,其包括外夹层玻璃、内真空玻璃和位于外夹层玻璃与内真空玻璃之间的第一中空层,第一中空层内填充有干燥气体;内真空玻璃包括第三玻璃板、第四玻璃板和位于第三玻璃板和第四玻璃板之间的真空层,真空层内设置有多个支撑柱;真空层的厚度为0.1mm~0.8mm,真空层的真空度小于或等于0.1Pa。本发明既能够保证高速机车用隔音玻璃在机车高速行驶时的安全性,又能够有效阻断高速行车噪音的传播,具有优异的低频隔音性能和中高频隔音性能,同时满足轻量化、安全和隔音等要求,可广泛用作高速机车的侧窗玻璃。
