The invention relates to an anti-skidding and anti-falling rope ladder head for high-altitude maintenance of a ground wire. The anti-skidding and anti-falling rope ladder head comprises a ladder head body, a hanging assembly, a brake lock assembly and an anti-falling assembly; the whole ladder head body is H-shaped, two parallel force-bearing vertical rods are fixedly connected with a plurality of force-bearing cross rods to form a ladder body structure, and the top ends of the two parallel force-bearing vertical rods are correspondingly connected with hanging assemblies through force-bearing connecting pieces; the hanging assemblies are in a hook body shape, the bottoms of the hanging assemblies are inserted into the force-bearing connecting pieces, the hanging assemblies can vertically move in the force bearing connecting pieces, and wiring pulleys with arc grooves are arranged on the inner side of hook bodies of the hooking assemblies; and the brake lock assembly and the anti-falling assembly are arranged on the two hooking assemblies correspondingly. According to the anti-skidding and anti-falling rope ladder head for high-altitude maintenance of the ground wire, in the overhead construction and maintenance operation of the overhead electric transmission line, the rope ladder head can be effectively prevented from falling off from the ground wire in the climbing, working and landing processes of high-altitude personnel, and the risks of falling of the rope ladder from a high altitude and falling of personnel from the high altitude are avoided.
