Shield construction method for water-rich silt stratum
The invention relates to the technical field of shield construction, in particular to a shield construction method for a water-rich silt stratum. The shield construction method comprises the following steps of (S1) shielding to reach the water-rich silt stratum for soil pressure setting; (S2) injecting bentonite into a soil bin; (S3) injecting a bentonite and water glass mixture into a shield tunneling machine in a semi-circle mode, so that a mud film is formed on the upper stratum; (S4) performing synchronous grouting and synchronous slurry supplementing in a shield tail propelling process; (S5) forming holes in the top of the 7-ring position after the shield tail is separated out for secondary supplementing of double-liquid slurry; and (S6) propelling the shield tunneling machine so as to pass through the water-rich silt stratum. According to the method, the problems of difficulty in solidification of mortar and easiness in losing in the water-rich stratum can be effectively avoided, and water leakage of a duct piece in the shield construction process of the water-rich silt stratum can be effectively controlled. The shield construction method is mainly applied to shield tunneling of the water-rich silt stratum.
