The invention discloses a light-emitting prompting electric power warning pile with infrared sensing monitoring function, and relates to the field of warning pile devices. A pair of fixed vertical rods penetrating through a rotary gear ring body is fixedly connected to a cylinder fixing frame; and an integrated connecting structure is formed between the pair of fixed vertical rods and the cylinder fixing frame in a plurality of segmented cylinder bodies. An internal driving device is arranged in the segmented cylinder body on the bottom side; a torque sensor is arranged in the internal driving device; and a plurality of LED flickering prompting lamps are embedded in the front side surfaces of a top side rotating warning plastic plate and a low-position rotating warning plastic plate. When an infrared sensor detects that a human body is close to, rotating flow type flickering reminding is carried out, meanwhile, the internal driving device drives the rotating warning plastic plate to rotate at a low speed in a low speed manner, and when torque sensor in the internal driving device senses and detects that torque is abnormal, an abnormal signal is sent to a remote monitoring background, and corresponding monitoring is carried out in time, and automatic or manual reminding operation is carried out.
