Single-component geopolymer cement paste and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses novel single-component geopolymer cement paste and a preparation process thereof. The novel single-component geopolymer cement paste is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 62.5-67.5% of slag, and 28.1-30.4% of water, wherein the alkali equivalents are 3% , 5%, 7%, 9%, 11%, 13% and 15%. The preparation process comprises the following steps: S1, weighing raw materials in parts by weight, and putting mineral slag and MgO powder in the raw materials into a stirrer for dry stirring until the mineral slag and the MgO powder are uniform; S2, adding the weighed water into the stirrer, and stirring the slurry for 5 minutes until the slurry is fully and uniformly stirred; and S3, after the materials are stirred, transferring the materials into a mold for vibrating and forming, then transferring the mold into a curing box for curing, and demolding to obtain a finished product of 50*50*50 cement mortar. The research result of the project can provide a new thought for the application of the environment-friendly geopolymer cement, promote the development of related industries, and accelerate and promote the high-valued utilization of industrial solid wastes.
本发明公开一种新型单组份地质聚合物水泥净浆及其制备工艺,包括以下原料的重量份组成:矿渣62.5‑67.5%、水28.1‑30.4%、碱当量分别为3%、5%、7%、9%、11%、13%、15%。包括以下步骤:S1、按照原料按照重量份称取,并将原料中的矿渣、MgO粉末放入搅拌机中干搅拌,至矿渣与MgO粉末均匀;S2、将所称取的水加入搅拌机中,浆体搅拌5min至充分均匀即可;S3、待搅拌物料结束后,转移至模具中振捣成型,随后将模具移放至养护箱养护后进行脱模,得到成品50*50*50水泥砂浆成品。本项目的研究成果可为环境友好绿色地聚物水泥的应用提供新的思路,促进相关产业发展,加快推进工业固废高值化利用。
