When the concrete additive is prepared, the modified silicone oil is emulsified at first; the emulsified modified silicone oil has excellent chemical stability, heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, lubricity, hydrophobicity and low surface tension; and when the concrete additive is applied to concrete preparation, the strength and impermeability of concrete are effectively improved.
