The invention discloses a method for prefabricating an assembled roadbed by using building solid waste, and the method comprises the following steps: adding quick lime and cement into the solid waste, and performing stirring; adding rigid polyvinyl chloride and pregelatinized starch, performing mixing for 2 minutes, and adding sodium lignin sulfonate and magnesium oxide; after paving, spraying a citric acid solution, standing for 1 day, and then performing rolling. The hard polyvinyl chloride enables effective lubrication to be generated among the soil particles and plays a role of a lubricant, and the low-concentration citric acid solution can further eliminate friction among the soil particles, so the soil achieves higher compactness during rolling, the soil particles form new interionic connection force, and the pavement base layer has good overall stability, flexibility and elasticity.
本发明公开了一种利用建筑固体废弃物预制装配化路基的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:在固体废弃物中加入生石灰和水泥,搅拌;加入硬聚氯乙烯和预糊化淀粉,混合2min后,加入木质素磺酸钠和氧化镁;摊铺之后,用柠檬酸溶液喷洒,放置1d之后,碾压,即可。硬聚氯乙烯使土粒间产生了的有效润滑,起到润滑剂的作用,而低浓度的柠檬酸溶液能够进一步消除土粒间的摩擦力,使得土壤在碾压时达到更大的密实度,使土粒形成新的离子间的连接力,使路面基层具有很好的整体稳定性、柔性与弹性。
