Method for enhancing bonding performance of BFRP rib and polypropylene fiber coral concrete
The invention discloses a method for enhancing the bonding performance of BFRP rib and polypropylene fiber coral concrete. The method comprises the following specific operation steps: step 1, preparing the following components in parts by weight: 28 to 32 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 48 to 56 parts of quartz sand, 16 to 20 parts of sand aerated concrete plate waste, 1.6 to 2.1 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.2 to 0.3 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.1 to 0.3 part of wood fiber, 0.1 to 0.2 part of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and 0.03 to 0.07 part of starch ether; 2, adding the mixture of the BFRP rib and the polypropylene fiber coral concrete into the quartz sand and the sand aerated concrete plate waste; 3, adding the mixture obtained in the step 2 into sulphoaluminate cement; 4, adding redispersible latex powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, wood fibers, starch ether and polypropylene fibers into the mixture obtained in the step 3; and 5, uniformly stirring the mixture obtained in the step 4 for more than two minutes, and then standing for 3-5 minutes.
