The method comprises the following steps: taking desulfurized building gypsum, semi-dry desulfurized ash and fine aggregate as raw materials, taking a composite retarder, a water-retaining agent and starch ether as admixtures, and preparing the bottom-layer plastering gypsum meeting relevant performance requirements of GB/T 28627-2012 Plastering Gypsum by adjusting the proportion of the composite retarder and the formula of the bottom-layer plastering gypsum. According to the preparation method, consumption of natural resources can be reduced, the current situation of extreme shortage of building gypsum at present can be relieved, the production cost of bottom layer plastering gypsum can be reduced, and meanwhile, the resource utilization level of solid waste such as the semi-dry desulfurization ash of the power plant can be improved through large-scale utilization of the solid waste such as the semi-dry desulfurization ash of the power plant; in addition, Al2O3 and SiO2 in the semi-dry desulfurization ash react with Ca(OH)2 to generate C-S-H and ettringite, so that the strength and the water resistance of the bottom layer plastering gypsum are improved.
本发明公开了一种底层抹灰石膏及其制备方法,以脱硫建筑石膏、半干法脱硫灰、细集料为原料,以复合缓凝剂、保水剂、淀粉醚作为外加剂,通过复合缓凝剂配比、底层抹灰石膏配方调整制备出满足GB/T 28627‑2012《抹灰石膏》相关性能要求的底层抹灰石膏;该制备方法不仅能减少天然资源消耗,缓解目前建筑石膏极度紧缺的现状,降低底层抹灰石膏的生产成本,同时通过大规模利用电厂半干法脱硫灰等固体废弃物,提高电厂半干法脱硫灰等固废的资源化利用水平;除此之外,还通过半干法脱硫灰中的Al2O3、SiO2与Ca(OH)2反应生成C‑S‑H与钙矾石,提高底层抹灰石膏的强度与耐水性能。
