Preparation method of corundum-spinel multiphase material
The invention relates to a preparation method of a corundum-spinel multiphase material, wherein the main chemical components of the multiphase material include, by weight, more than 97% of Al2O3 and less than 3% of MgO, and the main phases include a corundum phase and a spinel phase. According to the invention, industrial aluminum oxide, alpha-aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, brucite, caustic-burned magnesia, dead-burned magnesia and the like are used as raw materials, magnesium chloride is added to serve as a burning promoting agent or a binding agent, grinding processing is performed through a continuous or intermittent ball mill to obtain evenly-mixed powder, the evenly-mixed powder is molded through balling or blank pressing and other molding processes, drying is performed through a drying tower, quick sintering is performed in a shaft kiln at a temperature of 1800-1950 DEG C or other high-temperature equipment, and crushing, grading, deironing, packaging and other processes are performed to obtain the corundum-spinel multiphase material. According to the invention, a multiphase material with excellent performances of corundum and spinel is obtained, and the high-quality refractory material for the high-temperature kiln is good in stability in a high-temperature atmosphere and strong in alkali resistance and slag corrosion resistance.
本发明涉及一种刚玉尖晶石复相材料制备方法。复相材料的主要化学成分(wt):Al2O3﹥97%,MgO﹤3%,主要物相为刚玉相和尖晶石相,本发明以工业氧化铝、α‑氧化铝、氢氧化铝、水镁石、轻烧镁、重烧镁等为原料,添加氯化镁作为促烧剂或结合剂,经连续或间隙式球磨机研磨加工制得混合均匀的粉料,经成球或压坯等成型工艺成型后在干燥塔烘干,最后在1800~1950℃的竖窑或其他高温设备中快速烧结,再经破碎、分级、除铁、包装等工艺,即可得到刚玉尖晶石复相材料。本发明得到了一种兼具刚玉、尖晶石优异性能的复相材料,在高温气氛下稳定性好,抗碱和抗渣侵蚀能力强的高温窑炉用优质耐火材料。
