A balancing weight is installed on a left guide column and a right guide column on a center shaft through a left guide hole and a right guide hole, the balancing weight is welded to the top end of a balance weight adjusting air cylinder column, and through driving by the balance weight adjusting air cylinder column, the balancing weight can slide up and down along the left guide column and the right guide column, the left adjusting balancing weight ring is installed on the left side of the center shaft through three connecting tension springs, and the right adjusting balancing weight ring is installed on the right side of the center shaft through three connecting tension springs. The left upper electromagnet core, the left lower electromagnet core, the right upper electromagnet core and the right lower electromagnet core are installed on the left adjusting balance weight ring and the right adjusting balance weight ring respectively, different eccentric combined gravity can be obtained through different positions of the balance weight, the left adjusting balance weight ring and the right adjusting balance weight ring, and therefore on road sections of different roadbeds, different amplitudes can be applied to the roadbed according to different tampering tolerance as required.
