The invention discloses a split type box girder capable of adjusting ventilation rate between grooves. The split type box girder comprises two box girders, at least one open groove formed between the two box girders and at least one cross beam connected with the two box girders, a ventilation rate adjusting device is arranged at the position of the open groove, and the ventilation rate adjusting device comprises at least one ventilation rate adjusting mechanism arranged in the longitudinal direction. The ventilation rate adjusting mechanism comprises two supports oppositely arranged in the longitudinal direction, a plurality of fender plates arranged between the two supports in the transverse direction at intervals and two driving devices arranged on the two supports respectively, and the two driving devices drive the fender plates to rotate and move horizontally. The ventilation rate adjusting mechanism is fixed in the open groove between the two box girders, under the driving condition, the ventilation rate between the grooves is reduced or the ventilation rate between the grooves is adjusted alternately in the spanwise direction so that vortex vibration can be eliminated, the driving comfort and safety can be guaranteed, under the potential flutter condition, the ventilation rate between the grooves is adjusted to the maximum, and the ventilation rate between the grooves can be adjusted to the maximum. Therefore, the requirement of bridge flutter stability performance is met.
