The invention discloses a device and a method for directionally solidifying sandy soil by inducing calcium carbonate precipitation through microorganisms. The device comprises a drill rod; a first air pipe, a second air pipe, a grouting pipe and a fixed pipe are sequentially arranged in the drill rod from inside to outside; a plurality of second telescopic pipes are further arranged on the circumferential outer wall of the drill rod; a plurality of first slurry outlet holes are further formed in the outer walls of the second telescopic pipes; first telescopic pipes are further arranged in the second telescopic pipes; unlocking blocks are arranged at one ends of the first telescopic pipes; a movable plate is further arranged in the fixed pipe; the first air pipe is connected with the movable plate; a plurality of locking pieces are further arranged in the drill rod; and the locking pieces can fix a conical head to the circumferential outer wall of the drill rod. According to the device and the method, the microorganism grouting solidification range can be enlarged through the arranged second telescopic pipes, accurate directional solidification of any area of the soil can be achieved, the solidification efficiency of the soil is improved, after microorganism solidification of the soil is completed, the second telescopic pipes fall off from the drill rod, and the looseness influence on the solidified soil is avoided.
