The invention relates to a construction method of a sunken patio. The construction method comprises the following steps that an enclosure structure is constructed around the patio to be excavated; the area of the patio to be constructed is excavated, a plurality of holes are sequentially formed in an underground diaphragm wall along the excavation depth, horizontal supports are arranged corresponding to the holes, and the horizontal supports are supported between a main body structure and the enclosure structure through the holes; after a foundation pit of the patio to be constructed is excavated, a plurality of through holes staggered with the holes are formed in the underground diaphragm wall at intervals, and a bottom plate of the patio is formed at the bottom of the foundation pit through pouring; and the horizontal supports are removed, then an outer wall of the patio is formed through pouring, horizontal cross beams are formed corresponding to the through holes through construction, and the cross beams are connected between the main body structure and the outer wall through the through holes. According to the construction method, the problem that the difficulty of additionally building the sunken patio beside an existing main body structure is large is effectively solved, the sunken patio can be rapidly formed, the construction efficiency is high, the influence on the construction period is small, the structural stability is good, and the risk of structural deformation is small.
本发明涉及一种下沉式天井的施工方法,包括如下步骤:于待开挖的天井的周围施工围护结构;开挖待施工天井的区域,沿开挖深度依次于地下连续墙开设若干洞口,并对应洞口设置水平支撑,且该水平支撑通过洞口支撑于主体结构与围护结构之间;待施工的天井的基坑开挖完毕后,于地下连续墙间隔开设与洞口相错位的若干通孔,并于基坑的底部浇筑形成天井的底板;拆除水平支撑,进而浇筑形成天井的外墙,并对应通孔施工形成水平的横梁,且该横梁通过通孔连接于主体结构和外墙之间。本发明有效地解决了在已有主体结构旁加建下沉式天井难度大的问题,能够快速形成下沉式天井,施工效率高,对施工周期的影响小,且结构稳定性好,结构变形的风险小。
