The anti-seismic method comprises the following steps that S1, a bottom plate is arranged in reinforced concrete laid on the bottom surface of a fabricated building foundation pit through stable inserting rods; S2, a foundation plate is arranged on the bottom plate, and the foundation plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate; S3, a compression anti-seismic support, a first connecting plate, a second connecting plate, a compression spring and a telescopic rod are arranged on the foundation plate, and a foundation panel is arranged on the compression anti-seismic support; and S4, a fabricated building pressure-bearing column is arranged on the foundation panel, so that reasonable deformation can be realized while the building pressure-bearing column is used for bearing pressure, and the anti-seismic capacity of the fabricated building foundation is improved.
