The invention discloses an epidemic prevention collector for same-floor drainage of a building. The epidemic prevention collector comprises a collector body, wherein the collector body comprises a water collecting box body and a flow guide cover plate arranged at the top of the water collecting box body; a first drainage cylinder is arranged in the middle of the water collecting box body; a water seal part is formed in an area among the outer wall of the first drainage cylinder, the bottom of the water collecting box body and the inner wall of the water collecting box body; the height difference between the first drainage cylinder and the bottom of the water collecting box body is the water storage depth of the water seal; a second drainage cylinder corresponding to the first drainage cylinder is arranged in the middle of the flow guide cover plate; the top of the second drainage cylinder is connected with a flow guide pipe fitting; and at least one drainage hole connected with a drainage pipe fitting is formed in the flow guide cover plate. According to the epidemic prevention collector, the drainage capacity of a vertical pipe is obviously improved, the drainage noise is greatly reduced, the long-term effectiveness of the water seal can be guaranteed only by feeding water into one drainage pipe fitting, viruses can be prevented from being spread through the drainage pipe, and the epidemic prevention effect is achieved.
