According to the urban drainage device convenient to operate, water leaked when the fixing pipes are connected with a water pipe is collected through the water collecting mechanism, the water is prevented from influencing the working environment of the device, and moreover, the function of adding water into the shell is achieved through the auxiliary mechanism.
