The invention discloses a garbage treatment device for an urban drainage channel. The garbage treatment device comprises a cleaning mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a storage mechanism. The conveying mechanism is installed on the left side of the storage mechanism and internally communicates with the storage mechanism, the cleaning mechanism is installed below the conveying mechanism and internally communicates with the conveying mechanism, moving wheels are arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the storage mechanism, the storage mechanism comprises a garbage storage box, a fine hole plate, a sewage tank and a water outlet, and the sewage tank is fixedly connected into the storage mechanism. A clapping plate is arranged, when a holding plate rotates, the holding plate makes contact with the clapping plate to generate shaking, residual sludge on the surface of the holding plate is vibrated down, and the holding plate is prevented from being blocked; and cutting blades stretch through inertia generated by rotation of a cutting wheel, garbage such as aquatic plants and leaves wound on the surface of the rotating shaft is cut, the situation that garbage cleaning is affected due to blockage of the rotating shaft is avoided, and the garbage cleaning efficiency is improved.
