The sealant forms a first waterproof barrier of the deformation joint, meanwhile, a water baffle forms a second waterproof barrier of the deformation joint, the water stop belt forms a third waterproof barrier of the deformation joint, the section of the water stop belt is arranged in a V shape, the included angle of the middle of the water stop belt is 144 degrees, the three waterproof barriers work at the same time, the deformation joint can be sealed and waterproof, and the waterproof capacity of the deformation joint is improved; and supporting ribs are arranged, the contact area between the supporting ribs and a ground base layer is increased, and a connecting block cannot be loosened during work.
