Robot-based cast-in-place wall pouring method
The invention discloses a robot-based cast-in-place wall pouring method. The method comprises the following steps that a first robot builds a pouring formwork matched with a current to-be-poured wall at a supporting wall at a designated position, and a pouring cavity is formed between the pouring formwork and the supporting wall; a second robot conducts image scanning on the joint between the pouring formwork and the supporting wall to obtain information data of a gap between the pouring formwork and the supporting wall; a third robot selects a corresponding sealing strip according to the information data and fills the gap with the sealing strip; slurry is poured into the pouring cavity; and when the slurry in the pouring cavity is in a semi-solidified state, the third robot removes the sealing strip in the gap. Through the cast-in-place wall pouring method, automatic pouring of the cast-in-place wall can be achieved, the construction efficiency is improved, and the labor cost is saved; and in addition, the gap in the pouring cavity is effectively sealed, and the slurry in the pouring cavity is prevented from flowing out through the gap.
