The invention discloses a damping assembly for a filler wall and a concrete damping filler wall. Two embedded parts of the damping assembly are installed on the filler wall and a bearing structure respectively, and first connecting pieces and second connecting pieces are arranged on the two embedded parts respectively and alternately arranged at intervals; a flexible unit is arranged in a gap between the two connecting pieces; buffer spaces are reserved between the two connecting pieces and the two opposite embedded parts respectively; the connecting pieces are flexibly connected with the flexible unit, and the influence of the wall rigidity of the filler wall on the rigidity of the bearing structure is isolated; and meanwhile, the flexible unit is arranged, so that under the earthquake action, due to the fact that shear hysteretic deformation is generated by the flexible unit due to structural interlayer displacement, based on the damping characteristic of the flexible unit, a large amount of earthquake energy can be consumed, the structure is helped to resist earthquake loads, and the problems that an existing concrete filler wall has an influence on the structural rigidity and is prone to damage under an earthquake are solved.
