Truss without welding and connecting piece and installation method thereof
The invention provides a truss without welding and a connecting piece and an installation method thereof. The truss comprises an upper chord member, a lower chord member and web members, wherein the web members are sequentially, alternately, reversely and obliquely connected between the upper chord member and the lower chord member. The truss is characterized in that the cross sections of the upper chord member and the lower chord member are in the shape that the cross sections comprise a pair of parallel side plates, the outer sides of the pair of side plates are connected through a connecting plate, the inner sides of the pair of side plates are open, and the pair of side plates form a groove shape with the opposite opening directions of the upper chord member and the lower chord member; and the two ends of each web member are embedded into the opening of the upper chord member and the opening of the lower chord member respectively to form connecting joints, and the upper chord member/the lower chord member and the web members are fixedly connected without welding and connecting media through fasteners at the connecting joints. According to the truss without welding and the connecting piece and the installation method thereof, construction and installation of the truss are greatly simplified on the premise that safety and reliability are guaranteed, connecting medium materials are omitted, field welding is not needed, direct connection is achieved only through the fasteners on the ground, materials are saved, the construction process is simplified, and the construction progress is remarkably accelerated.
本发明提供了一种无焊接、无连接件的桁架及其安装方法,包括上弦杆、下弦杆和腹杆,腹杆依次交替反向倾斜地连接于上弦杆与下弦杆之间,其特征在于:所述上弦杆和下弦杆的横截面形状为:包括一对平行的侧板,一对侧板的外侧以连板连接,内侧开口,构成上弦杆和下弦杆的开口方向相对的槽型;所述腹杆的两端分别嵌入到上弦杆和下弦杆的开口内形成连接节点,在连接节点处通过紧固件将上弦杆/下弦杆与腹杆之间形成无焊接、无连接媒介的固定连接。本发明将桁架的施工安装在保证安全性和可靠性的前提下大为简化,省去了连接媒介材料,也不需要现场焊接,仅需在地面进行紧固件直接连接,节省了用料,简化了施工工艺,显著加快了施工进度。
