Aluminum fabricated high-altitude operation platform
The invention provides an aluminum fabricated high-altitude operation platform. Platform assemblies are distributed on the periphery of a steel column in a high-rise steel structure and detachably hung and fixedly connected to the outer wall of the steel column through hanging supports; and guard plate type protection assemblies are located on the periphery of the platform assemblies, and the lower ends of the guard plate type protection assemblies are detachably and fixedly connected with the platform assemblies. The defects that in high-rise or super high-rise building construction, a high-altitude operation platform is unstable in structure, inconvenient to disassemble and assemble and incapable of being reused are effectively overcome, the platform does not need to depend on a high-rise steel structure beam or angle steel and channel steel which serve as temporary supports of the platform and are temporarily welded to the steel column of the high-rise steel structure, original joint holes of a column body in the steel structure are directly utilized, zero damage to a main structure is achieved, secondary finishing and paint repairing do not need to be conducted on the steel column, the platform can be used for steel columns of different types, the problems that a traditional platform is poor in safety performance, poor in turnover efficiency and low in reuse rate are solved, the safety of constructors is guaranteed, and standardized construction and management of the whole platform system are achieved.
提供一种铝制装配式高空操作平台,将平台组件分布于高层钢结构中钢柱的四周且平台组件通过吊挂支架可拆式悬挂固连于钢柱外壁上,护板式防护组件位于平台组件四周且护板式防护组件下端与平台组件可拆式固连。本发明有效解决了高层或超高层建筑施工中存在的高空作业平台自身结构不稳固且拆装不便无法重复利用的弊端,不必依托于高层钢结构梁、或者在高层钢结构钢柱上临时焊接作为平台临时支撑的角钢、槽钢,直接利用钢结构中的柱身原本节点孔,实现对主结构的零损伤,无需再对钢柱进行二次修整补漆,满足不同型号的钢柱使用,解决传统平台安全性能差﹑周转效率差、重复利用率低,保证施工人员安全,达到标准化施工和管理整个平台体系。
