The invention provides an inclined strut structure. The inclined strut structure comprises a bottom plate, a rotating assembly and a fixing piece. The rotating assembly comprises a rotating piece, wherein the rotating piece comprises a first fixing part and a rotating part arranged on the first fixing part, a fixing hole is formed in the first fixing part, the rotating part is rotationally connected with the bottom plate around a supporting point, and the rotating part extends in the direction away from the first fixing part along the supporting point to form a stress part; the fixing piece is movably connected with the rotating assembly, and the fixing piece can extend into the fixing hole and the bottom plate to fix the bottom plate; and when the stress part is stressed, the stress part drives the rotating part and the fixing part to rotate around the supporting point so as to drive the fixing piece to move in the direction away from the bottom plate. The invention further relates to a formwork frame. The formwork frame comprises a formwork piece and the inclined strut structure. According to the inclined strut structure, the fixing piece only needs to penetrate through the fixing hole and the bottom plate and is fixed in the ground, then the inclined strut structure can be fixed, the fixing piece can be driven to be pulled out only by rotating the rotating part, separation of the inclined strut structure is achieved, the dismounting and mounting efficiency is high, and the mounting flexibility is high.
