The invention provides a formwork supporting base and a building frame. The formwork supporting base is used for stopping the bottom of an inclined strut device and comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a supporting base body; the first connecting piece is provided with a first end and a second end, and the first end is fixed to the second connecting piece; the supporting base body is detachably connected with the second end, and the supporting base body abuts against the inclined strut device to form two supporting joints to stop the inclined strut device; and the supporting base body is detachably connected with the first connecting piece, so that the formwork supporting base can be quickly disassembled and assembled, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
