The invention relates to a concrete prefabricated part installation construction system. The concrete prefabricated part installation construction system comprises a moving table, a control frame and an installation device; the control frame is fixedly installed at the upper end of the moving table; the installation device is fixedly installed at the tail end of the control frame; and the control frame comprises a rotating rod, a rotating circular plate, a first motor, a bevel gear, a telescopic support, a fixed long plate, a fixed block, an electric telescopic rod and a fixed long column. According to the concrete prefabricated part installation construction system, the displacement of the control frame and the installation device is controlled through the moving table, the installation position is controlled through the control frame, and therefore the displacement of concrete septic tank plates is controlled; the concrete septic tank plates are fixed through the installation device, meanwhile, concrete is introduced into the lower ends of the concrete septic tank plates, and therefore the concrete septic tank plates and a machining face or the concrete septic tank plates are fixed; and in the whole process, the concrete septic tank plates do not need to be adjusted and fixed manually.
