The invention provides a sun-shading device for a tourist attraction. The sun-shading device comprises a rear side fixing plate, a top fixing plate, a photovoltaic panel, adjustable guide-in frame structures, an air conveying frame structure, a guide-in cover, a rain shade, a side edge partition net, a side edge fixing plate, adjustable side edge protection frame structures, a storage battery, a protection seat frame structure, a control frame, an upper valve switch, a lower valve switch and a fan switch; the top fixing plate is mounted on the upper portion of the front side of the rear side fixing plate through bolts; the photovoltaic panel is mounted on the upper portion of the top fixing plate through screws; and the adjustable guide-in frame structures are mounted on the left side and the right side of the top fixing plate through screws. The upper portion of a seat frame is arranged to be in an arc shape, and materials on the seat frame can be conveniently guided to fall all around during use; and electric heating wire screws are mounted on the upper portion of the inner side of a guide-out frame, and the function of heating air blown out downwards from an air blower through the guide-out frame during use can be conveniently achieved.
